A-B  1756-OB32   ControlLogix 32 Pt 12/24V DC D/O Module

The 1756-OB32 module provides 32 LED indicator lights for monitoring channel drive status. Each channel has individual configurable parameters and supports output forcing functionality. In addition, this module only supports source configuration and needs to be used in conjunction with a Mobile Terminal Block (RTB). It is recommended to use the 5x20mm 800mA fuse provided by Littelfuse p/n SP001.1003 or Schurter p/n 216.800.

Hardware connection: Insert the 1756-OB32 module into the available slot of the ControlLogix rack and connect the output device to the module's output terminal.
Software configuration: Create a new project or open an existing project in Studio 5000 software, select the correct controller model and version. Add 1756-OB32 module, set slot number and module name, configure module parameters (such as RPI time) and the status of each output channel.
Logic programming: Use OTU (output unlock) and OTE (output enable) instructions to control output channels in ladder logic. Write logic programs to control output devices.
Testing: Download the project to the controller, monitor the output status online, and test whether the module functions properly.
