The FBM207 controller has a 30+20 segment program control function, which can achieve temperature control of any slope, and has programmable/operable commands such as jump (loop), run, pause, and stop. It adopts an AI artificial intelligence adjustment algorithm with curve fitting function, which can achieve smooth and even curve control effect. In addition, FBM207 also supports the function of editing event output during program operation, in conjunction with controlling external device actions; The SV transmission output function can be used as a program generator; Equipped with measurement value startup function, preparation function, and five options for handling power outage/startup events.
The FBM207 controller is widely used in various industrial automation scenarios, supporting various thermocouples, thermistors, linear voltage, current, resistance, and radiation (infrared) thermometers. Its modular output supports SSR voltage, linear current (voltage), relay contact switch, thyristor contactless switch, single-phase and three-phase thyristor zero crossing trigger, single-phase thyristor phase-shift trigger output, etc., with a control cycle of 0.24~60 seconds. FBM207 also has multiple adjustment methods such as standard PID, AI artificial intelligence adjustment APID or MPT, with self-tuning and self-learning functions, excellent control characteristics without overshoot or underregulation, and can also use positional control (ON-OFF) function. The dual parameter PID can support heating/cooling dual output function.
