FOXBORO  FBM215   Communication output interface module

FBM215 is a HART communication output module produced by Foxboro company, mainly used in the field of industrial automation. ‌
The FBM215 module has the following main features and functions:
Eight channel isolated output: Each channel can provide standard 4 to 20mA analog output signals, while supporting digital HART frequency shift keying (FSK) signals superimposed on the 4 to 20mA analog output signals.
Bidirectional digital communication: Each output channel is equipped with a dedicated FSK modem for bidirectional digital communication with HART field devices.
Electrical isolation design: All output channels are electrically isolated from each other, as well as from grounding and module logic, to ensure signal stability and safety.
Environmental adaptability: With a sturdy extruded aluminum shell, it is suitable for harsh environments (G3 level) and provides a high level of environmental protection.
Status indication: The module is equipped with a light-emitting diode (LED) at the front end, which intuitively displays the operating status of the module and the communication activity of the channel.
