FOXBORO  FEM100   digital output module

FEM100 is a Foxboro fieldbus expansion module mainly used to expand the fieldbus capabilities of FCP270 modules. The FEM100 module provides four expansion fieldbuses, supports 2 Mbps HDLC communication protocol, and can communicate with up to 128 200 series FBMs (Fieldbus Modules).

Main functions and features
Scalability: The FEM100 module provides four expandable fieldbuses for FCP270, supporting communication with up to 128 200 series FBMs, greatly expanding the system's fieldbus capabilities.
Redundancy Design: The FEM100 module supports redundancy design, ensuring that communication can be switched to another bus in the event of a bus failure, ensuring system stability and availability.
High availability: A pair of FEM100 modules provide redundancy, so that when one module fails, the system can automatically switch to the other module, ensuring uninterrupted communication.
Environmental adaptability: The FEM100 module is designed to be compact and features a sturdy extruded aluminum casing, providing varying degrees of environmental protection and suitable for harsh environments.

Installation method: The FEM100 module is installed on a DIN rail and supports dual slot and four slot expansion baseboards for easy installation and maintenance.
